I'm not sure if this was an old list, but it may explain why at least some people have/had been able to use Onlinedegree.com to satisfy the Intro to Programming requirement at TESU:

It would be good to confirm whether international students can't use this class for whatever reason.

The reason international students can't use that class for Intro to Programming is because they aren't allowed to take the class at all. For those who can take the class, it seems to consistently transfer as Intro to Programming.

Yep, OnlineDegree.com specifically disallows foreign students. When asked about it, they have stated that they are hoping to offer that option in the future, but there are no current plans to change this requirement.
So foreign students need to look into options outside that specific provider.
