Only two classes remaining.
Project for Computer Architecture 306
and Linear Alegbra from Coopersmith, I am still nervous that I will take this class and they will deny me the credit , but no way to find out for sure

I mean, there's one way and it's what you're doing now.  Big Grin

On a serious note, congrats on all the progress towards wrapping up your CS degree. I've only got a few more courses left for the same degree, but Calculus is kicking my butt. Having to learn higher level mathematics again in my old age is a pain.
In Progress:

Remaining:

Completed
TESU BSBA-CIS (Sept 2024 Grad)
TESU BA-COS (Sept 2024 Grad)
TESU ASNSM Mathematics (Sept 2024 Grad)

Congrats on getting your degree as well, it usually seems harder to do it later in life so kudos!  Smile
It can definitely be a mixed blessing to be working on a degree greater in life, a little bit more life experience can build some better habits!

I would definitely recommend straighterline Calculus as the best method of passing calculus that I have found. If you are trying to do something higher level then that unfortunately I cannot help haha

SL calculus is the way to go because you can use a CAS calculator.

Said that 3 times because it's a lifesaver.  Other than that I find that SL has a better variety of sample problems.

I'll say it one more time for the people in the back,

SL calculus is the way to go because you can use a CAS calculator.

Check out reddit threads and half the comments will say "buy the N-spire calculator and the class is twice as easy."

Yes, that's the exact calculator I got.  You can always resell it on eBay when you're done with it so it really doesn't cost you much.

Update : Only 3 credits left.
Hi so this is just me providing one final update, I am taking my last necessary class at TESU just because I am a little burned out and wanted credits that I knew would transfer. I am taking CIS-351 Software Engineering. It fulfills my last upper level computer science elective. Thankfully this last class is pretty easy and the professor Dr. Sandra Reynolds grades assignments pretty generously in my opinion. If I had known how easy the computer science degree was at Thomas Edison I probably would have done this first instead of getting a business degree at Thomas Edison . But I know it's only getting harder as they tighten up requirements, so I am overall glad I am finishing the degree now and getting it over with. I currently have a 97 in the TESU software engineering class and if I finish with an A I will likely finish with a 3.8 GPA overall. Final Project is due December 26th which makes me eligible for March Graduation. Once this class is over, I plan to do some interview prep and coding projects to get ready for software engineering interviews. I might do a bootcamp, still haven't decided yet.... Good luck everyone

Yeah I didn't end up taking the class, I had bought the class already but I was too afraid of either not passing the test or them not letting me trasnfer the credit.
I chose the expensive TESU class instead because the credits were a sure thing.

Final Update: Academic Evaluation shows all requirements complete for my second degree bachelors in computer science. Finished the software engineering class with an A giving me a TESU GPA of 3.8. Thanks to everyone on this forum, couldn't have done it without your help. Graduation in March.
