Excelsior also is only one of 11 that the Federal OPM now favors for Federal workers.  That being said I would do any of the three, but I do see more acceptance of Excelsior College in from the Federal folks.  This cybersecurity degree online meets the academic requirements for cybersecurity set by the National Security Agency.

Only Excelsior College is listed with the NSA.CAE-CDE 4Y
The CAE Community is the national point for the Centers of Academic Excellence in Cyber Security which is comprised of two programs: The CAE in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD) and the CAE in Cyber Operations (CAE-CO). The CAE-CD program includes CAE- Research (CAE-R), CAE-Four Year Education (CAE-CDE) and CAE-Two Year Education (CAE-2Y) colleges and universities as designated by the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security. Complementing the CAE-CD program is the CAE-CO program for four-year colleges and graduate-level universities with a particular emphasis on technologies and techniques related to specialized cyber operations. The CAE Community Portal endeavors to be a web powered mechanism for the fruitful exchange of relevant information, ideas, and events by CAE institutions for CAE institutions.

They're all unranked. No one cares about that junk ranking with inaccurate information. Plus, TESU's program is not old enough to have a graduating class.

In the Fed Gov't world, the NSA list does have meaning.

I'm talking about the Best Colleges ranking. It has inaccurate information, and no employer is going to care about it.

As for the NSA list, it has some value if you're only looking as information security and cybersecurity degrees, but not even the federal government is going to view a cybersecurity degree from Excelsior or Colorado Technical University more favorably than a computer science degree from a top school.

I agree if all things are equal, but rarely are any job seekers equal?
