TESU Diversity Requirement

It's super weird to me that the UL version of the same class would take care of the requirement, but not the LL when SOC 101 does the same thing.

My advice is to knock out SOC 101, HIS 126, or ANT 101 if you haven't already, either through SDC or CLEP. Those are still in the the same ballpark as World Religions, if those topics interest you.

Don't worry about the religion course unless you can use it for something else, or want to take it for personal enrichment.

I know there is at least one error in the online CLEP/DSST transfer guides, so perhaps this is another. But I would agree that it is best for the OP to take one of the "guaranteed" options.
@mysonx3 - I wasn't aware there were errors in the CLEP/DSST transfer guide. Would you mind sharing the one you are aware of?

@Tedium - The SDC religion course was already completed. Unfortunately TESU won't advise until you have enrolled, so I may just need to wait until I get to that point in order to figure out if I will need another course for that slot.

The one I'm aware of is that the Information Systems CLEP (which transfers as COS-101) is not listed as working for Understanding the Physical and Natural World, but it does count towards that requirement.

It should work, many people have used study.com or DSST world religions course for their Info Lit requirement.

This is good to know. I was wondering if these would transfer in to fulfill the Information Literacy requirement.

I highly suspect they would let you use it to fulfill the diversity requirement. They let me use a lower level course on "Goddesses & Women in ancient times" to fulfill mine. I think you just have to make your case that they accept other credits related to religion, so they should accept yours.
