TESU Quietly Updates CERTIFICATE Residency Fee
#11
There is no one size fits all solution. The good news is the large number of options available. COSC probably wins if they have the AOS (their selection is quite limited) you wish and you don't have any RA credits.
If you require a specific AOS then options are more limited. If you have RA credits it depends on how they transfer. If an institution grants significantly more useful credit it may be cheaper in the full analysis.
My point is, it is sophomoric analysis to suggest one school is better (cheaper) than others in all cases.

How much does it cost to get TESU Associate Degree then??
https://www.tesu.edu/ast/programs/as/com...technology

I think I already have all of the required credits excepts "APS-295: Associate Capstone (3)"

And how much would it cost to finish this one?
https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/asnsm/computer-science
I'm only missing "Information Literacy SOS-110: Critical Information Literacy (3)" ... but not sure what that is.

That course is the cornerstone and costs about $1500. Plus the residency waiver, another $3k. For a degree with out the capstone, you're only saving about $1500 over the cost of a bachelor degree because you don't have to do the capstone. For that degree, the cost is exactly the same as a bachelor degree because you have to do both a capstone and a cornerstone.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210
