I cant link other threads but someone emailed them about 3weeks ago and shmoop says TESU hasnt made a decision if they'll reinstate or not.

I read this thread as well. I think they mentioned something about being hopeful that TESU would appreciate their new proctoring requirements, but that it's still ultimately up to TESU to decide. That makes it sound as if they don't have team members in talks with one another, so it probably won't happen.
