Transcript key wasn’t sent with transcript. TESU says they don’t give them to students, and that Clearinghouse is supposed to send it with the transcript. Anyone dealt with this issue?

Figured it out. The recipient (an office of education) didn’t see that through Clearinghouse there was a link attached for them to click on.
