So a couple of days ago I sent TESU an email, asking to ADD some programs to my degree plan.
Result: I can see the new programs on my profile page, but my former program (BACS) has disappeared along with the academic evaluation.

Definitely not. I just wanted some additional programs to be added. I didn't tell them to drop my BACS like that.
BACS is the program I applied for, and remains my primary goal.
I asked them for an explanation. Let's see what they say.

This is not unusual for TESU - they do this kind of thing all the time.
Just write back and ask them to put your BACS back as your primary degree, but to ADD XYZ to it as well. You may just want to call to do it.
