TESU cheep and fast electives
#1
I need 7 credits to complete my elective portion for my degree plan. Any input would be great, I'm trying to knock these out before the beginning on the year.

Free electives or gen ed electives? What do you already have?

Cheapest and fastest would probably be 1 or 2 cleps on a subject you already have familiarity plus 1 or 2 of the free 1 credit sophia courses.

Example: you're good with basic science(biology, chem, physics) so you do the natural sciences clep and BAM, 6 credits in 90 minutes then do one of the sophia courses. Or if you're better with reading/literature, you do analyzing and interpreting literature clep for 6 quick credits. Or, if you're good with math and already did algebra for your math requirement, you could take the college mathematics clep for 6 credits.

But again, can't really make better suggestions without knowing more about your situation

I looked at your old thread. It looks like your army credits cover free electives and you only need general education. BTW congrats on being near the end of your journey! I don't remember if either of the free sophia courses can count as general electives.

Are you still in the army? If so, CLEP and DSST should be free for you. If not, you can still take CLEPs for free via https://modernstates.org/
