TESU transcripts and enrollment
#1
When I applied to TESU I only sent my community college transcripts. They did an evaluation and I haven't enrolled in TESU yet. The evaluation only includes my cc classes and nothing else. Luckily, I already know how the rest transfers in.

If I were to sent them my Ace, sophia or CLEP transcript or any other transcript would they look at it? I understand they only do one evaluation for now. So should I just wait to send other transcripts until after I enroll?

If I were to enroll doesn't that cost money? Do I have to pay the waiver fee now or is that upon graduation? When does the one year start? I'm aiming for a September graduation and taking the capstone in May. I don't have a lot of money right now and I want to graduate without taking on loans. What's the order of how this works? Should I enroll in TESU now?

You should send all transcripts when you first apply, that's included in the "first" eval (it's not a single transcript, it's all transcripts one time). But if you haven't sent the rest yet, and know where they go, you should be fine.

The best way to enroll is to either register for a TECEP (a LL one that you already need is a good bet), and that's $75 ($25/cr). That will get you a year from the month that you enroll (I don't know the exact timing).

The Residency Waiver is paid when you apply for graduation.

Good to know. Yeah I assumed since it noted my CLEP's on my CC transcript it would list them. Guess not, I guess I needed to sent my CLEP transcripts, but I didn't feel like paying the $20 fee.

What if I enrolled in the cornerstone, would that work? How much does that cost? How much does an upper level TECEP cost?

I have a question. Will they even let you register for just a TECEP to begin enrollment without doing the Cornerstone now that it's a universal requirement?

I don't know. But I wasn't planning on taking an teceps. I'll just take the cornerstone. I'll look at the options for teceps.
