Teesside University has some interesting Masters programs that cost around 9k USD

Some interesting masters programs i noticed were in Photography, Interior Design, and Applied Computer Science for non majors.

They all seem to cost around 9k USD.

They are in fact the cheapest I’ve seen among UK universities that offer online masters.

Hold on there. Those fees are per 20 credits, not per degree. 2 European credits (ECTS) = 1 US credit. That's 9k per semester, not a degree. For a master's you're going to multiply that by at least 4, plus whatever other fees they may have.

For the one I looked at, it is GBP 820 for 20 ECTS, GBP 7380 for 180 ECTS, that looks like a total price.
