Hello! I've been a real lurker here for a while but I'm finally starting to delve into the world of degree completion to figure out my next steps. I studied in England with the Open University, where I have a total of 160 credits (a complete OU degree would comprise 360 credits). I took an intro to math course for 10 credits, a first year science course for 60, a second year music course for 60, and a second year psychology for 30. I know that probably doesn't mean anything to you but I figured I'd briefly explain my background!
I am interested in psychology, biology, anatomy and nutrition so I think I'm aiming for Liberal Studies degree but with an emphasis in those kind of fields. But I'm not sure what my current transfer credits will translate to, so should I be getting my transcript validated by WES before proceeding with any of this? I wanted to try and get a head start by studying for a CLEP or two in the meantime.
I'm new to American education so I'm finding this all so overwhelming. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!
This is what I have so far:
English Composition I - College Composition CLEP
English Composition II - College Composition CLEP
College-level math course - College Mathematics CLEP
Electives in Intellectual and Practical Skills - Introduction to Computing DSST, or Information Systems and Technical Writing CLEP and DSST

Interdisciplinary - Biology CLEP; Fundamentals of Counselling DSST
