I would think that a master's degree would carry much more weight in the job market but it also kind of depends on your background, undergrad, and career goal. If you don't have any IT/CS undergrad or experience, then quickly getting a few of those certs might help you get your foot in the door for an entry tech role quicker than applying for and attending a grad program.
