Yeah, we need responses from people who have taken "all the Coursera or TADA" certificates that have ACE recommendations and tried to get into the BAS at UMPI. If someone gets the equivalent of 40+ technical credits from these, that's the solution. Until someone has successfully transferred these credits (or similarly priced ACE alternatives of a Technical nature), we won't know how this will pan out...

I had 40+ RA credits from a community college in bus admin and was told no to the BAS. I have no idea what they are looking for to get into the BAS unless they just don't want YourPace students in the BAS. The BLS is not difficult to complete. It's really easy to complete actually.

Has anyone here reported actually being able to get the BAS or is it just assumed we should be but not yet confirmed?

Several people have gotten the BAS, they may already have the required "technical" credits. But I recall ss20ts mention those people were provided the BAS by mistake. We won't really know until someone applies and corresponds with Jessica to find out the entire story. Someone needs to confirm if all the "Coursera certs will make up the Technical credits" as an example for someone planning to get the BAS...
