UMPI sounds great but I need your help:

So I have my bachelors degree in psychology. I am from New York State. Currently thinking of pursuing a second bachelors degree in Accounting. My only question is whether or not to pursue it at UMPI for NYS CPA requirements. We need 33 in accounting and 36 in business. However, I don’t know certain things about the courses: 

First, the transcript lists out attempted credits, earned credits and quality points? NYS board has advised to choose a school which offers” earned academic credits.”  My first degree transcript had this kind of layout. 

Second, Is it possible to pursue an internship or associate role in the public accounting firms here in NY after completing the YOURPACE BA in Accounting?
