Excellent data point to transfer from ETAMU to ASU. The cost savings alone for tuition is worth it, even for out of state residents of Texas.
Is there a cost for transfer credit review?
I have heard of ASU of course, but don’t know much, is there a minimum of courses that need to be taken or is it possible to transfer in and satisfy more than 90 credits and just complete what you need?
I have the BAAS in ORGL, and if it will only require another 3-4 classes I might as well get a the degree with ASU for the PM track.

It would take significantly more than another 3-4 classes. The PM part is the equivalent of an entire major. Plus their ORGL major has more required classes than ETAMU does. In my personal opinion, due to the high tuition cost, ASU is not worth seriously considering for most of the people who come to this message board unless they qualify for free tuition through an employer partner such as Uber or Starbucks.
Having transferred in a completed ETAMU bachelors, plus a few random handful of credits from other colleges, plus over 30 credit hours of in-house ASU credit I took through Universal Learner when they were almost free during COVID - I still lack 36 hours (or 12 classes)

You’re right still not cost effective to get it just because. If someone was set in ASU and wanted that degree, this is a nice way to save a bit of money.

I ran the equivalent of a "What If?" audit on DARS, the ASU tool similar to Degreeworks to see what it looks like if I changed my major to a BA in Liberal Studies. ASU has different component groups (Humanities, Arts and Designs; American Institutions; Global Communities, Societies, Individuals; Mathematics etc) that you need to check off for General Education requirements. For Liberal Studies, the major is split into several of those disciplines, but at upper level credit.
Surprisingly, the ORGL classes from ETAMU get slated in to a few of those different disciplines and check off some requirements. As it sits, I am only 6 classes (12 credits) away from a BA in Liberal Studies.
This is mainly because the 35 Earned Admissions (Univeral Learner) classes I took during COVID already check off the residency requirement.
I'm currently petitioning an upper level gender studies class I randomly took in the past with syllabus upload for transfer credits. I'm also trying to transfer in the Jax State Try it Free class SW 301 Stress, Coping, and Resilience from 2022. If those were accepted at upper level, and/or if the remaining two ORGL classes still being evaluated come through and slot in, I may be down to needing only one or two upper level electives, and two capstone courses to get a BA in Liberal Studies.
That's so tempting, I'll pretty much have to do it.
I'm turning into the sheepskin collector I used to make fun of.
Send help.

I would love to go there, if only for at least one semester: In order to obtain those Physics credits I so-want, and still want.
Someday: I gurantee, I will do what it takes to get through those Physics degree credits. I know I still want them, no longer how long ago in the past my previous desire for Physics credits was.
Well: for the upper level ones. Now: I've only gotten to "Level-2-3" Physics.

Liberty has an online physics major and upper-level courses too.

Been a while since I've updated. Several developments: Uber is making the hurdle to get free tuition far more difficult. (I knew they would eventually.) It now takes platinum AND a certain driving grade I can't seem to obtain. My free tuition is good till August. I'll lose it after that.
I was never able to get them to accept JSU Try It Free classes. Without a letter grade, they just won't take them. No ACE acceptance. I was able to successfully transfer several CLEP exams for credit.
I switched the major to Liberal Studies.
LST 370 and 470 are required andi think are supposed to be something of a capstone though they are not capstone classes in reality. Just two random humanities classes. I've filled out upper level electives with MUS 354. There's one about Elvis, one about the Beatles and one about Women in rock. They are STOOPID easy.
i took PUP 200 Cities in Cinema which is a pretty cool urban planning class but you watch movies and then lectures about movies that teach you urban planning theory. Reddit says it's an easy and automatic A. And indeed the prof has structured it as a cumulative grade so you just keep taking movie quizzes until you have 160 points and you can stop. You don't have to watch all the movies by design because you're given the choice to skip ones that may be emotionally triggering.
I took Vampires in Literature which was loads of fun.
What's interesting is that since enrolling as a degree candidate student, I have not taken a single proctored exam. If I submit a graduation application, I can graduate in may. I can even attend the graduation ceremony where Harrison Ford is the commencement speaker and I'm really tempted to go for the heck of it.
It's been fun but I don't think I willbother listing a liberal studies degree on my resume. I do love learning and the rhythm of class and working with other students.

Update #2: My tuition was SUPPOSED to be good until August - but Uber really screwed up the transition to Platinum Status requirements. You're effectively booted from the platform interface, and upon trying to get ASU the document they need to certify the free tuition benefit, Uber will not provide it, they tell you to log into the Uber + ASU website which bounces you as ineligible if you are not platinum with no workaround despite numerous phonecalls and chats with customer service. So effectively, I cannot take any more classes with free tuition as I do not have the time to drive enough Uber to achieve platinum status due to my work schedule.
I completed all classes necessary to graduate with a Liberal Studies degree. While I am not enrolled in any classes, I will keep my active student status until I apply for graduation for Spring 2027 to keep eligibility for student discounts and keep my (previous) federal student loan frozen for as long as possible.
After that, I will have to find something else to do. Perhaps the ENEB/Marconi master's. I love Italy and wouldn't mind achieving Dottore Magistrale status.
