University of Lübeck, Germany : Online Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence
Pretty solid University. Possible tution free as this is from Germany. A 3 years program.

Not sure how much this free offering will really cost you.

Europe (usually) uses a comma for decimals. Physical calculators use a period, though. And programming also uses a period.

Definitely. And the degree price itself is still 0. (These are kind of like tourist taxes one has to pay at the hotel in some countries even when whole vacation was fully pre-paid.)

The title is a bit misleading. This is not just a "free course" it's a whole master's program, with a thesis.
Not that I'm complaining, it has real possibilities.
