Our citizenship act up here in Canada was recently changed. Now essentially anyone who has an ancestor born in Canada at some point in the past can make a request for proof of citizenship, which would allow you to enter Canada by right. I was browsing some genealogical forms and I see desperate Americans searching for their mythical French-Canadian great-great-great Grandfather born in 1856 so they can make a claim.
As a taxpayer I find this infuriating, but if something 3-5 million Americans are suddenly Canadian I would like them to be well read and educated, and you guys certainly are.
