Yes, you could actually do an entire degree (BALS or BSBA) if TESU didn't have a 90cr limit from a single source.

Some of those are a little bit older (like saying you should take the UL BUS 308 for International Business, when BUS 120 is a better option now).
For a BALS, you could take MAT 97 (lowest level math on the site), the free Insurance Ethics course, and I'm not sure I'd do TECEP's as my first choice for the courses they have on there. But this is an ok way to get started on a degree.
