Forbes places Virginia University of Lynchburg first on the list of Best Online Doctorate in Healthcare Administration in 2024:

Very nice!
Glad to see the school has maintained full accreditation as well!

The facebook support group for this program is a bit wild. It is alot of SJW's there with a big leftist bent. I have heard from current students that the same trend bleeds over into discussion boards for the classwork. If any of that does not appeal to you, then you may want to skip this school. However, it that doesn't bother you I guess proceeding with the degree is fine.

The 8 percent "overall graduation rate" cited by Forbes is worrisome, but that is for the university as a whole and not the College of Business.

One would have to skip A LOT of schools to avoid that in this era.

It's interesting that's combined with it being accredited by TRACS.
Anyway, I don't have a problem with VUL, but I will say that those lists are utter BS, and I don't mean Bachelor of Science.
BS, Information Systems concentration, Charter Oak State College
MA in Educational Technology Leadership, George Washington University
18+ doctoral level credits in Ed Leadership and in Business Admin

Funny, I was just reading a blog on that topic. "Why You Shouldn't Trust Forbes College Rankings"
"Forbes rankings are based on some solid information, but they’re not going to give you the full story on whether a college is the right choice for you." https://blog.prepscholar.com/why-you-sho...e-rankings

Now, if they've got RA and TRACS, plus kept their pricing under $18K, and have a better created/made program, it would be a different story... It's good they're getting the ball rolling and the program started, but I have yet to see improvements from the first cohort, it seems all they did was bump the pricing each year without making any (if any) changes to the program requirements.

Price next year is on track to be over 20K isn't it?

It is already priced at $21,000 when you consider tuition is $6500 per semester and $500 technology fee per semester. As a side note, I paid for the World Education Services (WES) Canada to do a degree evaluation, and Canada does not recognize TRACS accreditation as equivalent. I don't know about other national accreditations, but if you are from Canada or interested in working there, please do your research!

Most companies, institutions, people in general, who follow the USDOE recommendations that NA/RA shouldn't be distinguished wouldn't have an issue with NA. And that's the main reason I don't really recommend NA institutions unless you're OK with things, for employment, further education (if any), or immigration... RA options can be found for DBA, etc, that can be cheaper than NA, unless it's in a specific niche or it hits all the check marks that you're looking at/for...
