Where can I find the bookmarks button for my Instantcert flashcards?

I have looked and looked but I just can't seem to find it. I've read that it is on the page where you choose your flashcard set, but nothing is there for me. I've tried reloading the page in 2 different browsers as well.

I've tried reloading the page in 2 different browsers as well. The bookmark doesn't do what you think it does -- it just bookmarks ONE card in a course. You can then go to the bookmarked question by clicking the "go to bookmark" button instead of choosing a set.
