Have you compared the competency degree providers on the wiki to see if they have any similar programs?

I think that there are more than a few choices in each area. I don't know about whether any of them are competency-based. Here's just one example
MA in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution & Peace-building (Online) | CSUDH CEIE | Carson, CA

Online law programs are VERY difficult to come by because the American Bar Association doesn't accept online degrees for the Bar exam. California has an online degree program but you can only practice law in Cali with it. A law degree is not going to be inexpensive and is something that you typically take on campus because there's a lot of interaction and discussions with fellow classmates and professors.
There are definitely master's in psychology you can complete online. Those are all over the place. You can specialize in your field such as conflict resolution or counseling. The counseling aspect is also going to be a licensed field in most states as well.
Social work is another one that may be tricky to find online because of the licensing.

Hey just popping in quick, but wanted to say I meant LEGAL not LAW, so like paralegal studies or legal studies degree, etc.

If you're looking for a paralegal degree, check the community colleges in your state. Some are offered online and are probably cheaper than elsewhere if you're a resident.

There are a fairly large number of online MSW programs, all CSWE accredited, all eligible for licensure, and all listed here:
