not cheapest, but bestest of the best. from those big private schools, reputation wise, i can think of Stanford's online Masters in CS, CMU's MSIT, Penn's MCIT
mmm.. public colleges would be G. Tech, UIUC, UC Berkley.
any other colleges ?

I don't think Stanford has any programs that are fully online. At least the last time I looked, they had notes on all their programs stating that you might have to take some courses on campus. University of Texas at Austin has a MOOC master's program similar to Georgia Tech and Penn.

Computer Science and IT are very different fields. What is the goal of this potential masters?
Either way, UPenn is an elite business school. If your goal is CompSci, the MCIT is a joke. If your goal is IT, then MCIT is wholly unnecessary. But I guess pretty cool if you can swing the cash and want to be able to say you're an ivy league grad. I get the appeal.

It should also be noted that UC Berkeley's online programs are in data science and cybersecurity.

UT Austin and Georgia Tech are the best that pop up on my mind.
Maybe another that I am enrolled in is the ML/AI by IIITB and LJMU, UK.

I enrolled here when it was still cheaper than the current price. I believe if you ask for a discount, they will give a small discount.
In Progress:
BS Statistics + BS Physics, Indonesia, 2023
MSc ML/AI (LJMU, UK), 2022
Completed:
PGDip ML/AI (IIITB, India), 2021
BE Civil Engineering, Universitas Pelita Harapan, 2017
