Have you looked through a sample test in the 2009 Official CLEP Study Guide? This is a quick way to establish how much work you might need to do (or not do) as well as checking the syllabus.
If you only buy one book and plan on taking CLEPs, the official guide to -all- the tests is probably a good bet.
Out of the list of possibilities, do you speak Spanish, French or German? If so, take that CLEP for 6-12 humanities credit!
The Analyzing and Interpreting Literature CLEP has been recommended here often enough and having taken it, I'll add another vote.
American Goverment CLEP for you?
College Math is maybe more possible than you imagine. Check the official guide to see if you recognise much of the material.
I can't comment on Micro/Macroeconomics and will probably be taking Economics I & II through Straighterline/FHSU having seen the CLEP material. Perhaps someone else could help here?
