I can't find a test for clep re: music appreciation. Is it a DSST exam?
I did do a forum search first.

I don't know if there is a CLEP for it. I have taken classes like music appreciation, and music fundamentals, online through our community college. Because I'm still in High School they Waived a TON of fees! The most expensive part was getting the book for the class! Also, looking through lists of DSST's I haven't seen any music exams!
