Will TESU take CIT modules for their CS program?

i'll most prob go with TESU's BA in CS.

btw, how does the whole application process for TESU go ~ ?

1) Apply into TESU
2) Send all my transcripts in
3) Get a degree plan from them?
4) Fulfil my remaining credits via alternate means? (SL/SDC, etc)
5) Transfer those credits into TESU
6) Finish TESU capstone (or the new 3 credit course)
7) Apply for graduate?

Is that correct ?

Mostly correct, with a few modifications...

1. Apply to TESU
   
2. Submit transcripts (this can technically be done before you apply as well, as it will generally take up to a week before TESU receives them, and will take a month from receipt for TESU to process them)
   
3. Create your own degree plan with help from folks here on the forum. TESU will only help you design a degree plan using their own courses
   
4. Register for the TESU cornerstone course (you want to take this before July 1st), this will also enroll you officially
   
5. Use the degree plan to complete the rest of your credits, including completing the cornerstone
   
6. Transfer courses to TESU
   
7. Once you're at 100+ credits on file with TESU and most of your AOS courses are complete, register for the TESU capstone course
   
8. Complete the capstone course
   
9. Apply for graduation once you've met all your degree requirements (this can be done before the capstone is completed)
   
10. Profit
    

Keep in mind that there are two required TESU courses: the cornerstone (currently a 1cr course which can be completed in a few hours – changing to a 3cr, 12-week course on July 1st) and the capstone (a 3cr, 12-week course). Your list was confusing them or missing one of them.

eg - If I have 30 credits left to do, and I might take the next 2 years to complete them for whatever reasons. 

Will anything happen to me? like TESU kicking me out or something. Or paying some fees to continue with them etc?

Your enrollment is good for one year after you take a course with them. You can extend it another year by taking another course or TECEP exam at any point during the year

You become officially enrolled 10-days after the start of the term for your first course (including TECEP) at TESU. Once enrolled, you lock into your current academic catalog and, as mysonx3 mentioned, you will remain enrolled for one-year. That one-year clock resets each term you take a new course, so if you think it is going to take more than a year to complete all your courses and graduate, all you have to do is register for and take a TECEP or your capstone course. There are no other fees you have to pay to remain enrolled, it lasts one year unless you reset the counter by taking another course, giving you another year.

While you can technically take as long as you want this way, there are disadvantages associated with taking too long. For example, course equivalencies change and may no longer fit where you want them, tuition and fees go up, and other issues may pop up to interfere with your degree plan. For example, last year TESU stopped accepting Shmoop University credits, which caused all kinds of problems for people who had taken those courses but had not yet transferred them to TESU. It also eliminated the source of a few unique courses for TESU students making some degrees harder to complete.

So, its always best to try to finish quickly. Also, once enrolled, you can pre-plan courses you want to take to make sure that they will transfer as you expect later. That said, it never hurts to send over the courses as you complete them, rather than save them up. The course providers that TESU has articulation agreements with (Study.com, Straighterline, OnlineDegree.com) all support direct course transfer so that makes it painless for those providers at least. The others require an ACE transcript, which will cost money to send.
