I prepared by using the ECE free study guide. Make sure you understand every answer on the test question in the study guide.

Good luck,

You need to sign up at Excelsior college (it's free and you don't have the be enrolled!).

Their exact name is Examination Content Guide and they are for free. You can also order the practice exams from Excelsior. I did not use them, but I heard that they are good for preparation.

Good luck,

I just noticed in reading that Excelsior recommends 135 hours of study for each 3 credit exam! Thats 15 weeks of studying.

They always say that, but I've taken 5 ECE before Instacert had flashcard support and never had any trouble. I'd get a cheap text, learn the highlights, and line it up with the ECE outline. You'll pass.

Excelsior actually has very few practice exams but most books are coming with companion websites these days and those usually have sample text questions so that you can practice.Wink
