If you want to transfer in additional courses, you need to get permission. It doesn't seem to be that difficult to get permission but I guess you need a good reason.

Hi,

I thought that UMPI,
would let you transfer in 90 credits,
whether you did it before, or after you enrolled.

Is this incorrect?

Also,
Do you think most people here,
would finish the last 30 credits ,
within 2-3 (8) weeks semesters?

As Always Thank You!!!
