if you finish a course at Sophia then cancel...

I prematurely purchased a full year from Sophia. i'm dpoing 1 class for pierpont right now, its all i need to graduate from them. but lets say i decide i dont need sophia anymore and cancel and ask for a refund. will i lose the 3 credits i just finished?

According to the policy at https://www.sophia.org/sophia-pathways/guaranteed you may not receive a refund once you have completed a course.
$149 is still cheap for a course (TEL Learning charges $200 each). It's also possible that you might need another Sophia course or two in the future, pending what COSC/UMPI evaluations tell you.
