I'm looking for a doctorate in psychology that has no campus visits or clinicals/internships. I need an academic psychology degree not a licensure or counseling. Actual psychology to be used in academia. I cannot travel even for a short term campus visit. Doesn't matter how long the degree takes.  
I will take any and all options presented to explore and hopefully nail down one ASAP.

(Yes I'm starting to second guess that DA in English Pedagogy and hence looking for something in Psychology to be in cohesion with my other degrees)

It's possible there's a program with a campus-visit requirement I don't know of offhand lurking here. And some of these would break your budget. But check out

• Pacifica Graduate Institute PhD in Psychology, Religion, and Consciousness; or in Jungian and Archetypal Studies
  
• Regent University PhD in Education, Educational Psychology concentration; or EdD
  
• Touro University Worldwide PsyD in Human and Organizational Psychology
  
• University of Idaho PhD in Experimental Psychology
  
• University of Memphis PhD in Educational Psychology
  

National University (which inherited the old Northcentral University programs), Walden University, and Capella University have both clinical and non-clinical doctorates. You might check whether Saybrook University, Fielding Graduate University, California Institute for Human Science, or California Institute of Integral Studies have anything that's both non-clinical and zero-residency.

California Coast University has an EdD in Educational Psychology; it's not RA, NA DEAC. Charisma University, not RA but recently attained NA with TRACS, has a PhD in Psychology.

If you could take a psychology-adjacent title like a Doctor of Behavioral Health or an EdD in Adult Training and Development, that could open further options.

I do not recommend National/Northcentral. It is definitely not under 40k. They market their program as 70k but once you hit the dissertation they keep extending it. So your degree ends up being double 140k. Instead taking 20 classes its like taking 32 classes. I dropped out of the dissertation portion. I am current PhD-ABD in I-O Psychology. I am looking doctoral completion programs because it comes out much cheaper.

Two more: I listed Keiser University's PhD in I-O Psychology, but they also offer a separate non-clinical PhD in Psychology. Grand Canyon University is also in the mix.

My wife did her Ph.D in Business Psychology over at The Chicago School. It was a good experience for her. There is a mandatory 1-week residency, if you can be flexible about that.
