portfolio material

I'm in the process of decluttering. I wish my text books
were all on disc. I took many courses over the years
and kept the text books. I kept them more for sentimental
purposes than practical. I considered scanning them but
the task would take for ever. Has anyone had this situation?
I'm considering copying the assigned readings. If I have
a portfolio assesment I want as much information as possible.
My girlfriend pulled a muscle moving a tote of books. I
think it is time go gather what I need and chuck the rest.
The only books I will keep are those to help me with my
capstone. I'm not a text book collector.

Uh-oh. I didn't even think about keeping textbooks. My plan is to apply to COSC. This will be after many of my tests are done. What does the capstone require? There's a requirement for a cornerstone and a capstone at COSC. I think I know enough about the capstone, but I have no clue what the cornerstone will require. What do capstones entail?

The capstone is an upper level culmination project that ties
together your learning experience in either Humanities or
the sciences. This is a project that is a series of online dialogue
and short written assignments. It is better explained else
where on this forum. It is recommeneded that you keep some
of your text books as a reference. The capstone is a new
3 upper level requirement. I haven't done it but it does look
like an interesting project.
