Hi everyone, what are your experiences with transferring grad classes (either through VESI, Learner's Edge, or some other program) to one of the Big 3?
I know COSC will take grad credits. How about Excelsior and TESC?
Learner's Edge requires that students have a bachelor's degree in order to receive a transcript - per their website, enrollment form, and call to their office. It was explained to me that their partner colleges won't issue a transcript for graduate credit if a student doesn't have a bachelor's degree. Has anyone found an alternative way to get upper level credits using these grad classes?

TESC accepts graduate credits as UL credits. I'm not sure about Excelsior, but they probably do too. A member here used VESi courses for his TESC degree.

Yes, in fact, if I ever get around to finishing my natural science degree at TESC, I'll be using mostly grad credit.

Be careful with the education courses. Education credits are usually counted as free electives at TESC. They might not get counted as education courses if they are mostly about another subject such as psychology, science, and mathematics.

Cookderosa, are you doing another bachelor's degree? Are you allowed to double-dip?

I wouldn't be double dipping. I also likely am not doing another BA, however, you never know. I have several grad credit courses I completed through Harvard Extension that are just sitting there. They are not part of a degree, so no double dipping. The only reason that works is because I already had a BA when I enrolled, and "if" I ever go back to Harvard for another masters, my first TESC degree is my degree I applied with, so there wouldn't be any doubling there either.
