I get reimbursed from work for courses, but not credit-by-exam. There are zero TECEP courses that I need anywhere in my degree program. I think I'm going to take one TECEP in May to stay on the 2016 catalog/keep my eval and then switch it to the Enrolled Options plan in July to graduate with the capstone on the 2016 catalog.
If I take the capstone in July, will I get a bill that looks like the Enrolled Option tuition is part of the price of the course? Or will the EO tuition be separate from the cost of the course? The EO tuition has to look like it's part of the cost of the class for me to get reimbursement.
If the EO Tuition is not tied to the bill for a class, I would either eat the cost of the EO tuition and or do the 7 TECEP to save money.

The cost of each course is separate from the enrollment fee.
Here are the non-business/non-AST TECEP's that are 100% multiple choice (no short answer/essay):
Applied Liberal Arts Math - EASY
College Algebra
Statistics
Sociology - Fairly easy
The Science of Nutrition
Computer Concepts & Applications - Easy
Microeconomics
Public Relations Thought & Practice
Political Science
World History 1600-present
Abnormal Psychology
Ones with Short Answer/Essay that most can pass easily:
Technical Writing - fairly easy
English Comp I & II - fairly easy (especially if you've already passed them)
The rest just depends on what you're good at. None are impossible, it's just a matter of how comfortable you are with the short answer/essay type questions. A friend of mine is not a great typist, so he will be avoiding those like the plague.

The enrollment fee is not tied to the cost of the class but the classes are less expensive per credit for students under the enrolled options plan.

Yes, so the OP pays $3300 to enroll, then his company pays $741 for the capstone.
OR, the OP pays for and takes 7 TECEP's for $777, and then his company pays $1560 for the capstone.
I know which one I'd be doing.

I'm the OP. I recall from years ago when I got my first BA that I paid for classes by the semester rather than by the credit. In other words, I paid $x which was tuition and a bunch of junk fees like supporting the student union and could take as many as 20 credits. I was able to get reimbursement for it too. Does TESU have a billing statement that consolidates both the tuition and the course fees, especially if both are paid on the same day?
