Hello,
The quizzes are graded and the scores count towards the final scores but is that the same with the Chapter Practice exams too or they dont count towards the final scores? Thank you in advance.

Nope. The practice exams are just that: practice. They aren't even required.

I agree that you should always do at least one practice final to make are you are ready for the proctored final. Personally, I took most of the chapter practice tests for my math classes for the extra practice and to make sure I retained the info I needed for the entire chapter.
