I got a call from nelnet about my payment plan form and was advised to download another payment plan form, fill it out correctly and fax it to them. Now I am having trouble locating the form online, and yes I followed the links on the MyEC website, all I am getting is the Enrolment form not the payment plan one, I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

nelnet has to do with financial aid not tuition management. Are you looking in the financial aid section?

I finally found it in the publications section on MyEC website. I understand that FACTS is part of Nelnet Business Solutions and that it deals with the payment plan options.
