Would this be until the end of March, or the start?
Sophia still has a yearly subscription for $149 until the end of the year. I still have quite a bit of Sophia work, so it's a hard choice between trying to cram it into 90 days or having the breathing room of a year.

The promo ends in March, which means, the free courses all end on the last day of March... You need to decide, if it's only a few courses, the freebie would be great. If not, then the entire year would be well worth the $149! I would put it at this, 9 courses or less = 3 month freebie, More than 12 courses, take the year, anything in between 9-12, flip a coin or "crush it" (by being a speed demon) for the 3 month freebie!

If you plan on doing courses with touchstones (English Comp, Business Law, etc.) then I would go ahead and spring for the $149 deal. If you only have courses with no touchstones left to do (like Human Biology, IT, etc.) then you can probably get them done in 3 months.

As a heads up, this works for lapsed members too, just put the promo code in on the page you're directed to as if you were re-subscribing you're directed back to the main page as a registered subscriber again. This forum never fails :-)

Thanks for the opportunity and advice, everyone. I wasn't even thinking about the time to grade touchstones. Considering I have English Comp II and Public Speaking on my to-do list, I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the $149. Better safe than sorry, and $149 is an extremely small price to pay for a few dozen credits.

I don’t think the touchstones would make a difference depending on your ability to write . When I was doing Sophia it only took like 1-2 weeks to get grades back . You have until March and if you don’t want to be trapped in a year subscription I think the 3 free months is a great deal . Ofcourse I know they made it so you can only do 2 courses at a time so I’m not sure how it would effect waiting on a grade ?
