It's good to see that there are jobs out there for new grads. However, the stories I hear are not so favorable re bad working conditions, abnormally long hours, including weekends, on-call requirements and the pay is not so great when you take all that into consideration. The woman featured in the article (Perez) sounds like she has a pretty good deal but nowhere in the article does it actually say how much money she's getting.
