Celebrities with degrees... (just 25 listed)
#1
We all know there are many celebrities that have degrees, this is just a short list of 25...
A few of them seem to have two or more, even an MD is on the list...
I like that people have 'back up' options with their degree just in case their 'chosen' field doesn't cut it for them.

There are some errors in this thing. I can't call it an article because it's not an article. It's one of those super annoying click right things filled with ads. Apparently, very little research was done to develop this clickbait.

Carrie Underwood did not graduate in 2016. Nor did she attend Northeastern University which is in Massachusetts. In 2016, she was already a mega superstar with no time for college.

In reality, she graduated in 2006 from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. She dropped out shy 1 class when she joined American Idol, but was given credit for an internship for appearing on the show thus she was allowed to graduate.

Mayim Bialik's has a Bachelor of Science from UCLA in neuroscience with minors in Jewish Studies and Hebrew along with a PhD in neuroscience. The link posted claims her bachelor's degree is her PhD which isn't the case.

Why would it be surprising that celebrities have degrees? Many of them became actors/comedians later in life. The chances of making it in Hollywood are almost nothing so anyone wanting to try this out would be wise to have a backup plan. Some also attend college after their successful like Natalie Portman, Elisabeth Shue, and Emma Watson.

Look at Ken Jeong. He was a practicing doctor before he became a comedian. Based on his interviews and comedy shows, it doesn't sound like he was a really good doctor.

Indeed. This thing is "junk journalism." Writer probably spent an hour on wiki and then made it up as they went along.

Another error: Eva Longoria Baston. They got Eva's B.S. in Kinesiology right - Texas A&M, Kingsville - but they left out her Master's in Chicano Studies, Cal. State, Northridge, 2013.

Eva's Master's Thesis was entitled "Success STEMS from Diversity: The value of Latinas in STEM careers." I don't like it when hack scribblers mess up or omit important details, re: Eva. She is a very charitable person and does a lot of good - particularly for Latina women and girls. Also - I'm a fan since 2004.

Wikipedia is more accurate!

Go Eva!
