Hello members,
I just finished MAT 140 in 3 weeks with an A-, a very nerve wrecking experience especially the final preparations. As someone who got a D in "Intro to Math" and a C in "Statistic Method" decades ago, I recommend taking MAT 140 in UMPI it's easier than SOPHIA's Introduction to Statistics (cause I can't finish the SOPHIA's, it's so much quizzes).
I would like to give a free tutoring service for MAT 140, if you have difficulty in Math such as myself. Just pm me. Limited availability because I work too.

Yes, I think for RA and graded credit, if you're already taking UMPI classes and need to get at least 10, UMPI would be recommended... Thanks for letting us know and having a quick review of the course here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid396108
Having said that, it depends on the student... For those who are just looking at non RA and need some math and the institutions allows ACE, I would recommend CSM Learn and Sophia.org combo like I did here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid396052

Business 110 is SDC's course code; MAT 140 is UMPI's. Business 110 does transfer in as MAT 140, however.
