Finland ECTS - WES Evaluation possible

So, I just read a post on the sister board... WES did an evaluation and it was given RA equivalency... So, if that is the case, these credits can come into all the institutions we've been recommending as gen ed or electives, some may even hit the AOS... Below is a copy/paste of their post and thread title/heading, and the link...

"I had a lovely time completed the Tourism diploma from XAMK, a nice 60 ECTS. I had previously completed about 100 ECTS and submitted to WES for evaluation. Just to share with you guys, my 5 ECTS becomes 3.5 Semester Hours, so it is not really 2 ECTS is to 1 Semester Hours, and all my ECTS are recognized as regional accredited."

Yes, I was thinking so as well, for TESU and on a lesser degree, COSC and other institutions, this is awesome for the 30 RA requirements... It'll be 'free, except the cost of evaluations' and needed for electives anyways, for the cost of transcripts, I think this is a very good option for those missing RA and need them for TESU (or others institutions).
