@Lorvey, your questions are confusing and redundant... This is how it would go down, you apply for the BABA PM & IS concentration, you ask to add the Associate and Certificate as additional programs.  Each of them will have a certificate/diploma at the end of the program, your transcripts are all in their system, it might show each associates, bachelors, certificate and every course you transferred and completed from them.

All transferred credit will go towards each one, by completing your bachelors at UMPI, you have the residency requirements fulfilled for the associates and certificate programs.  The only thing is, you need to make sure all the requirements are complete for each one just in case, thus, you have 'extra' classes to hit all requirements.  Here are the following info and links:

I have just sent my English test transcript to the university of maine through Duolingo. The filing deadline is February 9. Could UMPI handle my English score in the remaining two days? If not, will it delay my admission?

Applications were due on Feb 6 and all documents must be received by Feb 9. Duolingo has to actually send the transcript and University of Maine has to accept it. Will it make it in time? No one here can say. Yes, if it not received in time it will delay admission. The documents must be received by the 9th.

Yes, you want to make sure the documents are received and that means in the early part of Feb 9 morning at the latest, not at 11pm or near the last hour at night. I highly recommend getting anything remaining left to them right away if you want to start in March.

Yes, as early as last year, I already gave them the transcript. Now only the English score is still waiting for their review.

Hey guys, UMPI emailed me to tell me that they have received and processed all my files. I will receive the acceptance decision in the next few days.
