Transferring undergrad alternative credits when applying for Graduate Program?
#1
I received a BSBA via many alternative credits for my second Bachelor's degree in 2017(not at WGU), I am a certified teacher and need 3 more credits in Math on an RA transcript in order to get another subject area certification.

The question: If I take a straighterline Math now, and apply to a WGU Master's program will the Math class show up on my WGU transcript when I send in my transcripts for the Masters program, or will they just take my Bachelors' degrees as a whole?

I only spoke to them via the chat right now and they said yes, but I am skeptical. Does anyone have any experience in this area?

If you apply for a Graduate Prigram at WGU, they will obly evaluate your completed Bachelors degrees as a whole and not individual courses, unless the graduate program requires specific foundational coursework. Unless you have RA Gratuate Math courses, they will not look at anything else. If you need ACE undergrad credit on a transcript, you could apply to a BA degree at UMPI or TESU, as they would be your best best to gain what you desire.

I agree and didn't think that sounded correct. The issue is that I already have 2 bachelor's degrees, a BS (from TESU) and a BA. Simply applying would get the ACE credits on the transcript? I wouldn't have to take any classes with them?

Basically, you can add a certificate or an associates to the TESU degree program list, send in all newer or newly completed ACE/NCCRS or transferable credits, then have them create a transcript for you. You don't have to finish the secondary associate or certificate program, you just pay for your transcript and leave it as that...
