Passed this test fairly easily with Petersons practice test and IC. I was nervous because my Petersons average was 57 over the three test, I took the exam anyway and passed easily. Petersons practice material was dead-on but MUCH MORE tricky than the actual test.

You might want to have a look at the following audio courses as well:
Business Law Contracts
Business Law Negligence and Torts
Given the amount of reference material you've mentioned, I'm not sure I would recommend IC in your case. Perhaps more of the practice CDs Law-Dude mentioned.
Must be very frustrating but it's good to see you're not giving up.
Good luck!

For anybody taking these exams who is interested in a widely accepted distance law degree, I was just accepted into the University of London External System using my Excelsior College AS in Liberal Arts degree as the entrance degree. It wasn't on their list of degrees so it had to go to the Special Admissions Panel, but it ended up being accepted. The link is here:
LLB and Diploma in Law - University of London LLB - External System - Key points
Many Commonwealth jurisdictions and US states accept the degree since it's considered a qualifying degree for the bar of England and Wales. For example, it appears as though an additional one year of ABA study should enable a person to write the bar exam in New York, one year of ABA or California accredited study (California allows distance classes) should allow a person to it in California, etc.
Additionally, I have written some basic study guides for CLEP Business Law and DSST Business Law II here:

I used the videos from youtube.com they helped a ton!! Also the Pearson's tests helped me too, along with the instacert flash cards. I felt like I knew most of the answers and I finished 20 minutes early!
Thank you everyone for the advise!!
It's crazy but my Graduation is on for Dec 19th 2009!! This was the only class I was lacking! The school let me register for graduation and for my cap stone course, but I was told I would have to take the class if I failed the test and I would be able to walk, but not receive my Diploma.

Jeremiah,
I passed it using only REA, although in the interest of full disclosure, I should add I've been a legal secretary for -- gulp -- 18 years. But I still have very little background in the types of law covered by the test. The thing that my legal background helped me with the most is this:
It taught me not to rely too heavily on common sense, because so much of the law is counterintuitive. And there's hardly any law more counterintuitive than contract law.
You came really close with that 48. I would say use an additional resource or two (I haven't seen Standard Deviants, but their science DVDs helped me immensely with the Natural Sciences CLEP), but it might be even more important for you to simply leave your common sense by the door on your way into the testing room. It doesn't apply in Business Law, and, IIRC, the answer choices are often specifically formulated to trip up someone who is unconsciously falling back on his common sense instead of sticking rigidly to what he has learned about the law.
Also, I found the REA book adequate for this subject, although someone without my background might not. It's easily the worst-written of the many REA books I've used. Often, it was vague or ambiguous enough to send me scurrying to Wikipedia for clarification.
I think you're going to beat that thing next time!
