Anyone have any idea what I should use to study for the Organizational Psychology DSST? I have access to Instacert but was wondering if there was a book suggestion? Anyone take this test successfully who is willing to share info on what you used to pass?
Thanks

Hi,
I used the flashcards only and passed. I purchased but ended up not using Essentials of Organizational Behavior (9th Edition), Stephen P. Robbins. ISBN-10 0-13-243152-1. Textbook companion site for the 10/e quizzes.
Unfortunately I did not take the exam seriously and took it out of order. (I was deep into sociology at the time.) Now I would have aced it but when I took the course I did not have a good handle on the theorists or theories and only scored a 52. The score is decent but if I took the exam now...it would be easy. Intro to Business, Prin of Mgmt, Prin of Mktg, and Prin of Supv alll use the same names over and over again. Review the specific forum for excellent feedback especially post 52 and post 54.

The Robbins text, its web site, and the powerpoints you can download from there will fill in any weak areas in the cards.

I bought the robbins book, but didn't end up using it. IC plus free web resources (check free clep prep) were enough.

I started out planning to take the ECE, not the DSST, and I bought the book inexpensively online. I like the subject matter and used the book for other subjects later, so no regrets.
