It seems that while FCC has a solid system for implementing FEMA credit CCC does not. I spent over half an hour on hold with no response from them. Does anybody have any knowledge or experience transferring FEMA credit to Excelsior through CCC?

Kind of in a hurry to get this done, hoping to graduate by February if possible!

March??? Did you ask which year? WOW. They make a whole lotta money for pushing very little paper. I wish that I was that rich that I could tell people to go away...
