One of my local libraries recently changed from TERC for Peterson's to the Learning Express Library. It has a lot of preparation material for many different types of exams. It does not have any DSST material and only the 5 general CLEP exams have practice tests.
There is an agreement within the state, so I can get a library card for the city in a neighboring county. They offer TERC for Peterson's practice tests through their website.
That's how I do it when the other links don't work. My library has a link on their website and when I put in my library card it takes me right to it. My library also offers the Learning Express Library.
