Elinor,
So was your course the May semester? If you don't mind me asking, if you took the final at 30 days, when did you take your midterm? Even if you did finish on time (July), you were in the correct month for the September graduation. Plus I see you already have taken all the exams that are basically built into that course. You probably could have written up a PLA (if available) and been done in two-three weeks. If there were an October or November graduation what the OP is looking to do would not be a problem.
I've never taken a flashtrack but have taken an epack. With epacks you don't haved a midterm just a comprehensive final that you can take early but you must wait a minimum of one month. So yes, if the OP began a course in July s/he could theoretically test first week of Aug then wait for grades and hope they can get her file certified in time; its just cutting it too close. They would probably say she would have to wait for December. More importantly you are taking a gamble in not getting good grades when you rush through courses.
If this was a PF or SL, its only transcribed as CR but for a TESC course it could seriously damage your GPA. And the OP is not taking one course, s/he mentioned courses. I think its smart to take your time and do well. Just my opinion.
