Whenever I called, they asked me to speak to my acadmic advisor. And when I emailed his supervisor, the result is the same.
I called DSST and asked if they can convert the score to the old grading system. The lady said they can't do that. It is school's fault not to upgrade their transfer credit system. There is nothing DSST can do.
