If the up-front TESC cost is a concern then I completely agree, and COSC made a great competitive move by lowering their costs the way they did. That makes a COSC degree much more attractive to budget-conscious degree seekers.
If I had to pay the up-front fee then TESC would almost certainly be out. Especially since it would have to be paid annually, at out of state rate, with no guarantee you could complete your degree in the first year. Ouch.
