I would take Geezer's advice and find a few masters in comp sci programs and see what their required undergraduate prereqs are.
I think you will find that most of them have the basics in common and will include: discrete math, data structures, computer architecture and organization, intro to comp sci, and maybe operating systems and a few others.
FSU's requirements are probably the max you will find.
FSU Computer Science - UG CS Prerequisites
Masters courses usually cost more than undergrad courses so you might just benefit from taking these at the undergrad level first.
If you want to do an MBA with a concentration in Applied Computer Science, NCU has it and there are no undergrad prerequisites for the program.
